From 21 to 30 November, Nalanda was honoured to host Ariya Vihara Buddhist Society at Wisdom Park for their year-end meditation retreat, conducted by Ariya’s founder, Ven. Sumangalā Theri. Over 60 retreatants and volunteers spent the days in the quiet and serene educational campus, deepening their practice through mindful meditation.
We rejoice in the wholesome efforts of Ariya Vihara in organising this meaningful retreat under the guidance of a skilled teacher, and in the diligent practice of all yogis throughout the 10-day programme. Sādhu anumodanā!
