Cultivating mindfulness for emotional well-being

Over two enriching days on 25 and 26 July (Friday and Saturday), participants of the Mindful Living Camp explored The Art of Mindful Emotional Management under the guidance of Dr. Yeoh Kar Kheng.  Through engaging talks, experiential exercises, and guided mindfulness practices, participants gained a deeper understanding of how mindfulness can cultivate emotional intelligence, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being.

Bodhi Heartz Meditation Retreat at Wisdom Park

From 17 to 19 July, Wisdom Park hosted a Meditation Retreat organised by Bodhi Heartz Buddhist Society, drawing over 40 participants for a period of dedicated practice and learning.  The retreat was led by Venerable Miao Lin (Tsunma Rangrik), whose guidance provided participants with valuable insights into meditation and the cultivation of mindfulness.

A retreat of joy, serenity and harmony

From 1 to 6 July, Friends of Wisdom Park Singapore Chapter gathered for a joyful Dhamma Camp led by Ven. Ajahn Hasapañña and Ven. Jotika. Through daily Dhamma teachings, group discussions, and guided meditation sessions, participants deepened their understanding and practice in the peaceful surroundings of Wisdom Park.

Support the building of Wisdom Park Phase 2

Since its opening in 2022, Wisdom Park has become a vibrant centre for Dhamma learning, meditation retreats, youth development, and leadership exchanges.  As of May 2026, the encouraging response from the Buddhist community has brought the current facilities to full capacity.  To date, more than 6,000 participants have benefited from the facilities for training, learning, and cultivation.

Blessings for Wisdom Park Phase 2

On Friday 5 June, a group of 25 venerable Sangha members, led by our Spiritual Advisor, Ven. B. Saranankara, gathered at the construction site of Wisdom Park Phase 2 to offer chants of blessings for the ongoing development.  The solemn ceremony marked a meaningful milestone for the project, with the Sangha invoking blessings for its successful completion and future service to the Dhamma community.
