On 8 to 9 July, Nalanda members and volunteers joyfully welcomed members of the Buddhist community to Wisdom Park on its first ‘Open Day’. Let us together rejoice in the joyous gathering of kalyana mittas to glimpse the potential of Wisdom Park for the Buddhist community, and together realise these possibilities for the prolongation of the Buddha-Sāsana. At Wisdom Park’s ‘Open Day’ on 8 and 9 July, 100 Nalanda members and volunteers were privileged to welcome friends and fellow members of the Buddhist Community, and assist them in learning more about this integrated holistic educational campus. We share with you more endearing moments of care, camaraderie and rejoice, all of which led to the connecting of hearts and minds on this wonderful occasion. We also extend our deepest appreciation to the organising team and volunteers for their dedication and extensive efforts in making each and every visitors’ trip a wholesome one. Sadhu!

We would like to extend our appreciation to venerable monks and nuns, friends, family and members of the Buddhist community for visiting Wisdom Park Open Day last weekend, on 8 and 9 July. Namo Buddhaya! This weekend is ‘Open Day’ at Wisdom Park, an integrated Buddhist education hub dedicated to train Dhamma teachers and develop Buddhist leaders. We thank members of the Buddhist community who have registered for their preferred slot this weekend, and look forward to hosting you on a personalised tour.

From 16 to 25 June, 40 meditators and volunteers gathered at Wisdom Park for a 10-day Meditation Retreat guided by Venerable Gavesi. We extend our appreciation to Ven. Gavesi for his care and compassion in guiding the practitioners in this arduous experience of cultivating the mind.
