Namo Buddhaya! This weekend is ‘Open Day’ at Wisdom Park, an integrated Buddhist education hub dedicated to train Dhamma teachers and develop Buddhist leaders. We thank members of the Buddhist community who have registered for their preferred slot this weekend, and look forward to hosting you on a personalised tour.

From 16 to 25 June, 40 meditators and volunteers gathered at Wisdom Park for a 10-day Meditation Retreat guided by Venerable Gavesi. We extend our appreciation to Ven. Gavesi for his care and compassion in guiding the practitioners in this arduous experience of cultivating the mind.

On Tuesday 30 May,  we were honoured to host Luang Por Lai Thipadhammo, Luang Por Sawang Kalyāno, Luang Por Charlie Piyadhammo, Ajahn Dton Dhirapanno and Ajahn Meng Techadhammo at Wisdom Park.  We wish all Luang Pors and Ajahns good health and strength in carrying out their Dhamma propagation efforts.

On Saturday 27 May, a total of 80 students and facilitators of Family Dhamma School had their first school outing at Wisdom Park, to cultivate family well-being and experience the joy of service. It was a fulfilling and wholesome day for the families, as they spent quality time together and encouraging each other.  We rejoice in their spirit of service and learning, and look forward to welcoming the Family Dhamma School back to Wisdom Park.  Sadhu anumodana.

On 20 – 21 May, participants and volunteers of BPS 104 Buddhist Course in Mandarin gathered in Wisdom Park for a stay-in programme. They hailed from Klang Valley, Johor Bahru and Sungai Petani where they attended seven classes since February at NEO Centres in KL, JB and SP. We rejoice over their achievement and learning spirit, and congratulate all participants for completing the course. Echoing Achariya Tan Siang Chye’s encouragement, may your Dhamma learning journey continue to flourish so that you may experience even more happiness and peace. Sadhu anumodana!
